Christopher C. Grisanti, JD, CFAChristopher C. Grisanti, JD, CFA
Chris Grisanti is the owner and founder of Grisanti Capital Management (GCM). Mr. Grisanti is a graduate of Harvard Law School (magna cum laude) and Holy Cross College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He practiced corporate law at the New York firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett before joining the investment company Spears Benzak Salomon & Farrell (SBSF) in 1994, where he was Director of Research, supervising a team of nine analysts. In 1999 he co-founded Grisanti Capital Management along with two partners. He purchased the interests of these two partners in 2011. His analytical background led the firm to focus on concentrated, long term investments, driven by extensive research. Since its beginnings in July 1999, Mr. Grisanti has been Portfolio Manager of the firm’s main Large Cap Value Portfolio, which has returned 175% since 2000 net of all fees, versus the S&P 500 Index, which is up 112% (as of December 31, 2016). In February 2010 the firm initiated a second product, the High Income Equity Portfolio, for which Mr. Grisanti is the Portfolio Manager. Mr. Grisanti is a frequent guest host on Surveillance with Tom Keene on Bloomberg Television and is a board member of the following mutual funds: Royce Value Trust, Inc.; Royce Micro-Cap Trust Inc.; Royce Global Value Trust, Inc.; The Royce Fund; and Royce Capital Fund. He also serves (or has served) on numerous not-for-profit boards including the Healthcare Chaplaincy, the American Shakespeare Center, Good Counsel Homes, and One East End Avenue Corporation (for which he is the president). He lives in Manhattan with his wife and four daughters.

Michael A. PietzakMichael A. Pietzak
Mike Pietzak is the Chief Operating Officer of Grisanti Capital Management. He is also responsible for the trading and portfolio analytics functions, with over 25 years experience in those areas, and in those capacities is a valued member of the investment team. Prior to joining GCM in 2005, he was a Director at Victory SBSF Capital Management from 1993 to 2005. He also previously worked at Equitable Capital Management, JP Morgan Chase and Reich & Tang. He graduated from the SUNY College at Old Westbury in 1990 with a B.S. in Accounting. He lives on Long Island with his wife and four children.

Suzanne P. FawbushSuzanne P. Fawbush
Suzanne Fawbush has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Grisanti Capital Management since 2012. Suzanne is a graduate of Columbia Law School and practiced law in the corporate department of Breed, Abbott & Morgan (later Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan) for 8 years. During that time, she worked on numerous corporate transactions, specializing in international secured financing transactions, project finance and general corporate governance issues. Suzanne is a native of Kentucky and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She currently serves on the Eastern Kentucky University Foundation Board of Trustees.

Thomas R. MarraThomas R. Marra
Tom Marra serves as Senior Analyst for the firm’s Large Cap Value Portfolio and High Income Equity Portfolio. Originally a native of Long Island, Tom graduated from Holy Cross College with a B.A. in Economics in 2013. He then relocated to Houston, Texas, where he served as Research Associate covering Oilfield Services and Offshore Drilling at Clarkson Capital Markets. At Clarkson, he created financial models and conducted independent research for both companies under coverage and other fundamental components of the energy sector. Tom currently lives in Manhattan.

Rashida AbrahamsRashida Abrahams
Rashida Abrahams serves as the Executive Portfolio Assistant to the CEO, Christopher Grisanti, as well as Assistant Trader to the firm. Rashida graduated, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Concordia College–NY in 2015. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree, Rashida worked as an Executive Assistant for several academic department directors at Concordia College–NY. In addition, she also assisted the directors at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation, a non-profit organization.
